Mental Fatigue
Extreme fatigue, weight gain, irritability, low sex drive, sugar and carbohydrate cravings are some of the symptoms seen with a condition called adrenal fatigue. Adrenal fatigue is usually a result of prolonged stress. We evaluate this via saliva testing for diurnal cortisol levels and tailor a treatment plan based on test results. Next, for optimum energy and mental clarity, neurotransmitters must be balanced. We accomplish this by first detecting the deficiencies of each of the 20+ neurotransmitters in the brain. We then balance the neurotransmitters by supplementing them with neuroscience compounds to boost the deficient neurotransmitters. Brain health, or its damage, is assessed by measuring the amount of free radical damage in the brain.
